1. General Information Disclaimer
The information, patterns, and tutorials provided on Crochet Haven are for general informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding crochet techniques, yarn weights, and hook sizes, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Any action you take upon the information on this website is strictly at your own risk.
2. Affiliate Disclosure (Yarn & Hooks)
To help keep Crochet Haven running and our patterns completely free, we participate in various affiliate marketing programs. This means that if you click on certain links to yarn, ergonomic crochet hooks, or crafting accessories and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products and tools that our design team has personally used and genuinely loves.
3. Pattern Accuracy and Tension Variations
Every crocheter is unique. The way you hold your yarn and the tension you apply to your stitches can significantly alter the final size of a project. While our free crochet patterns are rigorously tested by our team, we cannot guarantee that your finished sweater, hat, or amigurumi will match our exact dimensions. We strongly advise that you always make a gauge swatch before starting a wearable project to avoid size discrepancies.
4. External Links Disclaimer
Our articles and tutorials may contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by Crochet Haven. For instance, we may link to a specific yarn brand's website or an external color palette generator. Please note that we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information on these external websites.
5. Changes to This Disclaimer
We reserve the right to update or change this Disclaimer at any time. When we make significant updates regarding how we handle affiliate links or pattern distribution, we will post the updated Disclaimer on this page. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy and disclaimer practices.
